Change Management and Leadership Coaching
The Secret Ingredient for Success in Data Management Initiatives:
Successful data management initiatives hinge not only on technical execution but also on effective change management. Research shows that projects with strong change management are seven times more likely to achieve their objectives. This presentation explores key factors that drive change success, including sponsorship, communication, employee engagement, and leadership involvement.
A structured change management framework, based on industry best practices and the ACMP Standard for Change Management, ensures that organizations can prepare, implement, and sustain change effectively. However, beyond structured methodologies, true transformation happens when leaders at all levels actively coach, inspire, and empower their teams.
Leveraging Leadership Coaching as part of the change management strategy strengthens adoption by fostering clarity of vision, accountability, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. This session will highlight how integrating coaching techniques into change initiatives helps leaders align teams, overcome resistance, and build a culture that embraces transformation.
By combining structured change management practices with leadership coaching, organizations can navigate change successfully and drive lasting impact in data-driven transformations.
